2025 KIDZ ROC SOUVENIR T-SHIRT ORDER FORM: BULK STUDIO ORDER

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

This is an OPTIONAL form. Kidz Roc T-Shirt purchase is NOT required to attend program.

Kidz Roc Souvenir T-Shirts are $28 each and will be available by PRE-ORDER ONLY!
Shirts will not be available for purchase at the events.

T-Shirt sizing tends to run small.

Pre-ordered shirts will be handed out to the studio (not to individual dancers) at check-in for Kidz Roc dress rehearsal.

Order will not be considered “complete” until payment-in-full has been submitted via the PAYPAL invoice that will be generated and emailed to you following the successful submission of this form.

Pre-order deadline is May 31, 2025.
Any orders received and/or unpaid after deadline will not be processed.
