PRE-PRO WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
To register for the TOP Pre-Pro Pre-Teen Workshop you must complete and submit the following online form. You will receive a confirmation email with your successful submission.
The deposit payment and all future payments for the program must be made via the PayPal invoices generated and emailed to you by the submission of the above forms.
