This is an optional “Take 2” event in which entry priority has been established as follows:
1. Transfer of paid entries from the original postponed TOP Ft. Smith 2020 regional event, (credits will be applied).
2. Transfer of paid entries from any other postponed TOP 2020 regional event, (credits will be applied).
3. Transfer of unpaid entries from the original postponed TOP Ft. Smith 2020 regional event.
4. Transfer of unpaid entries from any other postponed TOP 2020 regional event.
5. New unpaid entries.
ENTRY DEADLINE: July 16
This is the deadline by which all entries must be entered online (and/or transferred from another show). DO NOT make any payments until contacted by TOP confirming your place in the show.
Rebates will be provided only to those studios transferring entries from a postponed TOP 2020 regional event, and only if all original qualifications were met. Rebates for new entries will not be applicable.
REGIONAL RULES APPLY:
“Take 2” events will be hosted as Regional events. Regional entry fees will apply as will all Regional rules, regulations, awards, etc. (unless specifically noted otherwise, or restricted by government regulation at the time).
Hosting of this event assumes federal and/or state coronavirus restrictions will have been relaxed significantly in the area where the event is scheduled. If the show goes it will likely require crowd restrictions and/or other special required government regulations are put in place. TOP management reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event as appropriate. In the case of a postponed or cancelled event paid fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Instead, credits will be established equal to the paid amounts which can then be applied to a future TOP event.
